2024 West World and Rocky Mtn Regional
Thank you to everyone who traveled to Colorado to support the POAC, the West World, and the Rocky Mtn Regional shows. We appreciate you all coming, and hope you had a great time!

The West World and Rocky Mtn Regional are back in Colorado on Sat. and Sun., June 8-9, 2024!
We'll be at our usual site at Boulder County Fairgrounds, 9595 Nelson Rd., Longmont, Colo.
Pre-entry deadline is May 25!
The two shows will be held concurrently on Sat. and Sun., with the same showbill, but with different judges and separate entry forms.
The showbill can be downloaded if you scroll farther down the page.

ENTRY FORMS
Follow these links for the online entry forms for the West World and Rocky Mtn. Regional. If you are entering online after Tues., June 4, print out a copy of your entry form and bring it with you to the show -- in case your entries aren't received in all of the hub-bub of show preparations.

Pre-entry deadline for both shows: May 25.
For the West World: $12/class pre-entry by May 25,
$15/class if postmarked after May 25.
For the Regional: $10/class pre-entry by May 25,
$12/class if postmarked after May 25.

The online forms are pretty straightforward and will automatically send your entries to the show secretary when you click submit at the end of the form.
You may pay for your entries via PayPal or by mailing a check. (See details on the entry forms.)
** If paying by PayPal, please include your name and whether your entry is for the West World or the Regional in the description -- this is important as it helps us to properly credit your payment.
After you submit your entry form, it will take you to a summary page, and you can print a copy showing the classes you've entered and your total fees.

SCHEDULE/MOVE IN
The shows will be held concurrently, with halter and western on Sat. and english and games on Sun.
The indoor arena where the show will be held is open on Fri., and another arena will be available on Thurs. for practice.
Move-in day is Thurs., June 6.
Early arrival stalling is available for $25/stall on Wed. afternoon/evening.

Join us in Longmont, Colorado for the West World and Rocky Mtn Regional! If you have time, consider extending your stay to spend a day in Estes Park, Denver, or Boulder. There are many things to do within a 30-60 minute drive!
The shows run Sat. and Sun., June 8-9. Move-in day is Thurs., June 6. (Early arrival on Wed. afternoon/evening, June 5.)
